Description
NPC bullets now do as much damage as your bullets do. Player body damage multipliers have also been increased, so bodily harm is much more grievous. NPC health is unchanged.

I always thought it was funny how a rebellious citizen could easily kill a cybernetic soldier connected to a hivemind with no remorse or physical restraints.

Pretty much, yeah. I tried messing with the Skill.cfg to make it so that you can't pick up batteries or use the charging units, and I tried bumping the Poison Headcrab up to 999 to imply that the player instantly dies from the poison it inflicts. Batteries didn't work, and I couldn't find any damage boosters for the Poison Headcrab.
