Description
Accurate teams, ratings, logos, conferences*, and bowls from 1982. (no players)

Used a rolling 20-year formula from sports-reference's SRS ratings to determine prestige and facilities grades. 1982 was weighted 20x, 1981 was 19x, ... 1963 was 1x, etc.,

*There were 25 independents in 1982, which are placed in the most appropriate conferences possible. Every non-independent team was able to stay in their accurate conference (all of which have accurate conference logos as well).

the game limits you to 10 conferences, and has limits on numbers of teams, so that wasn't an option

I don't know what the limitations are but why wouldn't you do the conferences accurately in 1982 and just add the independents to one or more "Independent" conferences? I mean the southern independents (USM, Memphis, Tulane, Louisville, Florida State) regularly played each other and were in the same basketball conference (Metro). The northeastern independents (PSU, Pitt, WVU, Syracuse) also regularly played each other. Just seems weird to add these teams to 1982 conferences that they were not in and would not have joined.
