Tweaked Engine Repair

Description
This is B41 tested only.
Works multiplayer/dedicated server.

Spare engine parts repair buff and engine quality restoration.

1 engine part is 5 condition per part + mechanic skill.
Tested on 0% engine - 1 part is repairing 11% with 10 mechanic skill.
+/- 10 parts - repairing 100% of the engine condition.

If engine repaired to >=90% the engine quality will be set to 100 and engine condition to 100%.

i dont remeber tbh but yeah i noticed it isn't really 15% some rounding on calculation or any other reason on top from vanilla, maybe some random math applies

When it is 5 condition + Mechanic skill, shouldn't it be +15% at Mechanic level 10?

Thanks, vanilla engine repair rate was needlessly punishing and made almost no sense to spend materials to repair instead of getting a new car.

glad you like it, I will see if I can add editable options for it in the sandbox options, but I don't have any modding experience, this is just an edit of vanila file

regarding trailers I'd suggest you reach out to the original modder

@carbon_based_life_form very unlikely - this mod was created mainly for our private MP server. Author is nod a full time modder.

This is awesome! thank you for the great mod and I have a request. do you think you could do a bug fix on the livestock trailer even temporary? if you remove the tires from a live stock trailer it wont let you put them back on because it says " need to install brakes first" but there is no brake list on the actual mechanics menu?! i was kind of hoping since you're familiar with the scripts on that portion of the game maybe you can disable it somehow ?
