Fast Skill Leveling (Alteration)

Not instant, but still very fast.

Greatly increases the rate of skill leveling for Alteration. Leaves character leveling alone, in it's vanilla state.

Yes, this is a cheat.

A half speed (All Skills) version is available here. I will be adding individual skills to the half speed vesion at a latter date.
