Normally, whenever diseases or anything comes out and explodes in proportion, governments normally do something about it, And in this rare case. Naegleria fowleri, remained under the radar till people started dying from it. Governments noticed it, but it really was nothing to worry about, just don't go diving into water, But what if that changed...

The reason why you'll be playing the Parasite is becuase, for reason 1 being it makes the most sense for the amoeba. And reason 2 being, i didn't want you to deal with the bio weapon, bio weapon is fun i won't deny it, but the parasite is my favorite, so you can understand why i ended up choosing parasite over bio weapon. And i'm not going to let you CHOOSE your country. you'd just pick egypt or saudi arabia, and be done with this scenario. So i'm gonna start you off in the US, since it has the most confirmed cases. This disease might be pretty easy, so i recommend brutal or mega brutal. But i didn't make this hard, i only want people to have fun. and so that's why i made this.
