Compact CV miner for Reforged Eden 2

This is a much improved version over the MKI with more shields, advanced warp, and advanced detector so it is more autonomous for mining trips across star systems.

But yea, considering making this my capital miner, then my capital and the draznit small miner would match.

Then there's me thinking it should have 8 lol, one on mid top and mid bottom. I know small vessels can have 8 but I'll have to check if CV can also have 8, it'd make sense if the limit is the same so it most likely will be good.

4 do not make a big enough hole?
