Disabled Weapon Sounds and Muzzle Flash

Description
Left 4 Dead 2 with muted weapons and the annoying muzzle flash gone, this also includes all melee weapons.

If you still see the muzzle flash, please launch a local or singleplayer game before playing an official game, if you still have problems, try disabling mods that might conflict with this one.
