Multiplayer Boss Player Lives

Description
This multiplayer mod adds a configurable lives system for each player during a boss fight. The config is server side meaning the admin can control the experience for everyone.

Perfect for anyone looking to increase the challenge in their multiplayer playthrough.

Special thanks to CrimsonTek on Discord for providing help.
This is my first mod so please leave comments for suggestions and ways I can improve the mod.

is it possible to make everyone dies, when for example player A is out of lives? :terraria:
