Reworked pauldrons decals, can be painted

BLOOD RAVENS ARE NOT INCLUDED
THEY STOLE THE TEXTURES

But seriously, it's custom made skins by promo artists, not me

Featuring:

6 ragdoll (3 team themed, 3 paintable, Mk 3, 7 & 10), 1 pauldrons (team themed and paintable), 5 helmets (Mk 3,6,7,10), 1 Mk 10 "Gravis" addon
Bodygroups for backpacks (Default, Assault, Devastator), Mk10 helmet (Veteran, Sgt, Lt), forehead skull
Reworked decals and lot of their options, base and numeral decals are paintable

Would it be possible to add support for DBot's TF2 Player Models/Hats Framework ? They seem to be some of the best TF2 PMs and include an apparently very easy way to allow custom cosmetics like this up with minimal code.
