Infinite Finality - IceAxe

The IceAxe from Infinite Finality, i ported it over for the workshop for anyone who liked it in the mod and wanted to use it in the main games.

Includes View & World Models and IceAxe naming in the Hud.

I would inculde the Hud Icon, but its being werid and not showing up when im subcribe to it. one issue is the world model, its a little werid with it being stuck in the ground, but if you want to look pass that, the view model is 100% working.

Please dont ask where the alt-fire is, i can't port that into the game cause:
1. I dont know how.
2. its hard coded in Infinite Finality's code. it was a custom weapon, this port I made is a crowbar replacement, not a new weapon.
