[B42] More Katana

Never seen a katana? Not anymore!

1. Add katana and other good stuff to police stations and firedepts.
2. Katana, Machete, Axe and Handaxe now have a sturdy version.
3. All three revolvers now have a SHARP version.

Compatiblity
1. All the new items can be crafted with vanilla items, so, should be safe to add to a save. But NOT SAFE to remove. Unless you reset all the items to vanilla.
2. New item distribution will take effect only in UNEXPLORED areas.

Update 20241221
1. Rebalanced the recipes, now the weapons require higher skill level and some different tools/materials. But you can always trust the AXEs !
2. Adjusted some weapon data, they are now a bit heavier, and hits EVEN WIDER!
3. Anglehead Flashlights are good, so they are in the station now :-D
Balanced as they are, the sturdy weapons are still over powered. Go kill the heck in and out, down and up the 16-level military BASEments!
