Using this mod is already cheating. It's a pretty disingenuous claim to say its only cheating when this mod permits the player to improve the quality of items for free as opposed the very introduction of the mod to introduce a repair option that's not even in the game.

You don't seem to understand the meaning of filters.
As mentioned in the comments below, if you want to exclude items with 100% repaired HP, you'll be happy if you set it to 99% or less.
If you keep repairing the same item, it's probably because the item isn't of a quality higher than the setting.
Please check the "Setting" section in the second image.
But my colon is repairing the same item again and again when I choose multiple repair.
