Stackmaster's Workbench

Adds a workbench that will convert 100 pieces of material into 1 item.
The converted 1 item can then be converted back into 100 items.

The converted items will be adjusted so that they can stack approximately 5 times the number of vanilla stacks.
Example: 10 stacks of wood (stacks) = 1000 pieces (200 vanilla pieces).
