The Sewowal Republic Exarch-class CV is intended for the expert or godly slot carrier for the Sewowal Republic of Borderwise's Plutonoe CC. It is deceptively powerful for its low firepower rating, when paired with its planes. It carries 2 Nightingale fighters and 8 Kite Bombers. It will grind out battles somewhat slowly because of its low firepower, but don't be deceived, it is tanky and capable when paired with its air support. In addition to the weapons brought by the planes, it has a hefty 3Q sniping fire-starter laser, EMP vertical PAC, and 3 kinetic CIWs that turn DP at short range. The ship is geared towards taking out air-based targets, while the planes are focused towards surface targets. Breadboard has been added to facilitate plane release and return dynamics, mitigating damage caused to planes. Important note: The nukes need to be manually added to the blueprint spawner for them to spawn in correctly. These will be added for the campaign version once the subvehicle is added to the CC. Exarch was previously oranged in, this should be (hopefully) the final version- more planes have been added and it may warrant a retest for difficulty.
