No, the bags pack mod is strictly incompatible with CE. They won't apply any bonuses. Effectively weighing you down 1kg and taking off between 10% and 20% move speed.

These are for vanilla.

I don't know for certain, but I have a suspicion that this is causing occasional trading problems because semi-regularly traders (bulk and I think maybe exotic) are missing the actual trader.

The distinction between weight and volume is very useful information. I think I can balance things more intuitively now. However, my understanding of RimWorld's code is quite limited, and I usually rely on copying other modders' code. So, I’ll look for some mods to use as references! Thanks!
