basic respawn timer

Description
a basic respawn timer that forces the player who died to wait until the timer counts down
and it respawns the player automatically when the time is up

the addon works in multiplayer
(only the admin of the server can disable/enable the addon (and change the amount of seconds needed to wait)

~console commands:

"respawn_timer_toggle" - (toggles the addon on/off)
"respawn_seconds" - (to set the amount of seconds to wait)

The black character on the red background, is that from GMod? Some sort of ragdoll mod or is that an animation

it will be nice if there would be an option to hide the text

you should add a command that lets you change the time until the timer starts, i'm using it with a death fade effect and i want the timer to start once the screen goes completely black.

It's cool and all, but why can't I move the camera with this mod enabled when I'm dead?
