real dr1 whistle (train horn)

Description
this replaces the default train horn with a much more fitting one since the train in the game is based on a dr1.

we need more train sound mods like this where both horn sounds in game like the BC rail K5H this replaced but also the razor train's secondary horn is replaced with a steam whistle for the steam locomotive mod.
