The Scrappers! (Faction Mod) (TRAIN Update!)

Description
Introducing a new faction in the workshop,
The Scrappers!

This faction comes with a starting unit to change into, numerous buildings, many units for different tactics, and a new resource to maintain and use. The scrappers are persistent than most and have the unique feature of recycling lost units.

The faction mod includes:
-A new starting unit [Scrap Home Base].
-A new resource unique to scrappers [Scrap].
-23 new units that can be constructed or spawned by other means.
-12 new structures with some of them upgradable.
-A structure to use scrap from killed units to make more units.
-Animations and a makeshift/civilian style unit theme.
-Research tiers to unlock better and more advanced units.
-Colossal vehicles such as a cruise ship and a train.

[BE WARNED]: The units are not well-balanced against the vanilla units, and most of the time will out-range most, if not, all of them.

A few notes to take before using the mod (if you wish to read):
-The mod was developed out of impulse and fun, I am a very casual player.
-This was made in around a week.
-All the textures and animations (not including the many in-game effects like shooting or explosions) were made by me.
-AI is implemented and works but I don't know how reliable it is, some comments on that would be great!
-Suggest to get a Tinker's Hall and research T2 quickly as your T1 units may get overtaken.
-The units are really slow compared to vanilla at times, especially the air units.
-The units all have high ranges, much more than the vanilla.
-Almost all units have spread in their shots and can miss often.
-The balance is designed to have a gameplay style that doesn't involve as much micro, I enjoy RTS' with large landscapes where units attack far but miss often. Set and forget (only a bit though).
-The faction is rather weak in air options and doesn't really have many dedicated Anti-Air. Most units can shoot air.
-This faction is LAND heavy.
-You are free to edit this but please do credit me.
-Please report any bugs if possible!
-I'm open to suggestions if you have any!

This was a fun side-project I was doing so it won't be worked on since I already thought it was finished. I am a bit busy with other projects which is why I won't be able to do anything with this unless I had some serious free-time. :ibcry:

I mean it makes sense they don't have anti-nukes, they aren't mean't to fight enemies with vanilla nukes :o

Well I was thinking it would be more interesting if I can play against the Scrappers sometimes as well as playing as them, but playing against them feels like total cancer right now, since they just build up a blob of units that kills everything you throw at them before your units can even fire. The way I won was keeping them confined to one starting island and nuking them into oblivion, since the faction doesn't have anti-nukes (which they probably should, but then it'd be even harder to beat them).

Thanks for the suggestions ^-^
Keep in mind though these are not balanced for vanilla but for a particular gameplay style I enjoy in RTS'.
Also the lack of air and naval transports early is an intended weakness as their land units are very strong. It is true however on some maps, (especially ones designed for water/air combat) these guys are baddd.

This is a fun mod and I really like the art. The absurd range of the basic units makes them pretty OP. I don't think basic units should outrange a T2 gun or the artillery units outrange an artillery turret, since it makes all base defenses literally worthless.

Also, the faction really need an air transport since the amphibious transport can't reach all locations that have resource spots. (Due to cliffs and maybe lava.) Probably they should also have a T1 naval transport as well since being stuck on one starting island until you can afford T2 is pretty awkward on some maps.

Bit of a bug that I don't know how easily it can be fixed: rotating a train can make the cars swing out over water.
