Medieval Expansion: Create your own Order of Chivalry

Now, you can create your own Order of Chivalry, with unique names, icons and abilities. Basic ability: This city receives +50% Production toward combat units. Occupying unit receives +4 Defense Strength, and automatically gains 2 turns of fortification. Can only be pillaged (never destroyed) by natural disasters. May choose 1 unique ability for your Order of Chivalry, including yield bonuses and unique units.

Adds 8 new technologies and 8 new civics in the Medieval Era. New Technologies: Armilla, Fencing, Optics, Plate Armor, Barding, Invention, Medieval Medicine, Clock. New Civics: Labor Economy, Higher Learning, Wage Reform, Tranductology, Order of Chivalry, Heraldry, Chivalric Romance, Middle Class.

Teutonic Knight German unique Medieval era unit that replaces the Knight. +8 Combat Strength when fighting in enemy territory. Gendarme French unique Medieval Era unit that replaces the Knight. Consumes more Iron than the Knight it replaces. +3 Combat Strength per unused Movement.

Adds 3 new Great People: Hermann von Salza, Jacques de Molay and Renaud de Châtillon.
