Description
Nobody else did it, so why not?
A port that adds the heavy RTBR footstep sounds for Freeman, Citizens, and any NPC that uses the default footstep sounds, like Metrocops (sometimes).


I'll add a better icon later.
Nothing here is mine.

ill also be making a port for the blood seen in rtbr as well.
