Targeting System Calibration

The turrets' targeting system needs to be calibrated every so often as error accumulates over time.

SRC1 and SRC2 represent the x and y coordinates of a point on the plane.

If the current point is at least as close to the origin (0,0) as the previous point, send to 100 to OUT1. Otherwise send 0 to OUT1.

NOTE: successive distances will have a difference of at least 1, and at most 100.
