Performance Monitor [v1.10+]

Description

This is a simple performance monitor, based on the Windows Performance Monitor data to run, this mod written with reference to the author's Performance Monitor, thanks to the author of the whole project of selfless open source 👈(ﾟヮﾟ👈)

[更新]修复了切换电脑可能会导致桌宠报错的问题

你好！我试用了你的项目，设计很有趣！系统状态可以正常显示，但我在设置里无法修改任何选项。另外，我想为vpet安装第三方语言包（来自创意工坊），该怎么操作？我在GitHub上fork了文件，但不确定如何正确配置。希望能得到指导，谢谢！

反馈一下，在a电脑绑定了a1端口，在b电脑打开桌宠会崩溃，需要回到a电脑解绑端口
