Water Mill From BBG

I don't like the original water mill. I like the modifications made to the water mill in BBG, but sometimes I don't want to use BBG. What can I do? So I copy the code for the water mill from BBG.The following are the modifications made to the water mill in BBG:

Remove restrictions on the construction of water mills by rivers;
Change the water mill effect to add a production to farms;
Finally, I changed it myself. Can a water mill still be called a water mill without the need for a river? So I renamed the water mill to a mill, which was very reasonable.
