Description
In this module, you serve as knight-commander of a Gallivan count’s army. Face nine pitched battles, fighting for the honor of your king–and the survival of your people.

This campaign will be focused entirely on fighting huge battles. You will level up twice after each battle, starting at level 3 and ending at level 20. Normal considerations about having a balanced party are not really relevant here, because you will have a literal army at your disposal.

When making characters, the only relevant skills are any skills that are used in battle (Arcana, Athletics), and any crafting skills. Stealth will be impossible. You will receive gold rewards and random wondrous items on the completion of every mission, and there will be new merchants available after every battle.

Prepare carefully and plan tactically to succeed. Experiment with different army compositions to defeat your foe and complement your party’s skills.

*Important note:* When a battle ends, go north to find the exit!

the time it took me to complete the first round of combat on chapter 7 was 3 hrs 15 mins give or take 5 mins. however the second round had zero delays and the fight was over during round 3 within 20 mins, so just push on through :)

This was so much fun!!!! but unfortunately i have to agree with Ziglevietsf. on chapter 7 the wait is unbearable! i don't know if it has to do with the new type of enemy introduced in this chapter or the quantity of them. but i shall persist until it is over even if it takes hours!

@ziglevietsf Duly noted, I will see if I can remedy this somehow. Thanks for the heads up.

In Chapter 7, when the next to largest baddies were thinking about their attacks, they were taking over three minutes each (I timed two of them, one at 3:03, the other at 3:20) to think about it before doing anything. It was bad enough that I went and did other things while the game was spinning. I don't think I have a slow computer, it's an Intel i7-13700KF, 32GB RAM, 3.4 GHz, with a GeForce RTX 4070 Ti.

When I got to the chapter with 30 of these baddies, and they demonstrated the same behavior, I gave up. That would be over an hour and a half of sitting and watching them spin for every round.

Other than that, it's a great concept, and was fun. Thanks for the work you put in on this!
