Deaths are Player Ghosts

Description
Gives you full control over the ideal player ghost count in the ending.
Intended to make the ghost count equal to the death count on the save.
And then I got hit with scope creep.

@chemically inept I was thinking of people buying the game on like.... GOG or something. Other storefronts.

Not judging or anything but I like to financially support indie devs, and especially for a game that I really enjoyed.

Direct download is mostly because that it's no big deal to throw the code up on Github, especially since I have to manually build releases anyway.
