This build is a kitbash of HDLigget's U.S.S. Titan

With the end of the Dominion War, Starfleet command began a program of fleet modernization. Many ships slated for modernization, such as the Excelsior, would take years to achieve full results, while others, like the venerable workhorse of the Miranda Class would see more steps in development.
The Sagan Class starship and it's innovative new warp geometry would go on to define a subset of design, one of these designs was the Miranda-II. The class was designed to be a cheaper alternative to the already in-production Reliant Class vessels, which had begun to replace the aging Miranda Class.
