also could i publish an upgraded version of this car to the workshop? its fine if you would say 'no', i could use it in my worlds
UPGRADES:

Used turret mod to add GUNS

My dude, i have 1.6k hours on Gmod. Weld was the first thing i tried, but for some reason the turrets keep falling of. I dunno why. Seems like the authors of Wiremod changed their properties, because when i try to weld anything else to it, it sticks.

I looked at the guns, and sadly, there is nothing i can do. They seem to fall off no matter which tool i use. Hope this will clear some air.
