BetterHoverText

Description
Adds more information to the character hover text.

Has settings for:
- Show tax value for work/hobby (off by default)
- Show affinity value if character is already recruited (off by default)
- Show affinity value for characters who are temporarily hostile (characters who are hostile by default and have 0 affinity are already hidden by default)
- Show job/hobbies or skills a characters has based on if it's a pet, a resident, hostile by default or passive by default

Settings can be adjusted in the config file that appears on Elin\BepInEx\config after the first launch of the game with the mod enabled or by using https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3379819704 (allows changing the settings without restarting the game).

- Adds character level and affinity with the player (has an heart symbol when affinity is above 75 to indicate recruitable state) - does not display if character is hostile
- Adds work/hobby information, displays the related skill level, potential and tax value (if residents are taxed), as well as the best work/hobby based on the character's skills - does not show best work/hobby if character already has that work/hobby - supports multiple works/hobbies (but might run off the screen if too many)
- Adds known spell information, if the characters knows any spells

Props to https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3358329014 and https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3369610507 as I lifted portions of their code to create this.

@Question
Indeed, the tax displayed is the base value, it's mostly to have an idea of what job contributes more tax and not the tax generated itself, as that can change a lot based on a lot of factors, in particular home skills which would make it complicated to display.
Question 9 Feb @ 8:20am
I think theres something wrogn with the tax values for their work/hobby. It doesnt appear to take into account their level, skill level, or policies.

For example, it just says extravagance is 400 tax...but this is not 400 orens but rather a 400% tax multiplier.
