Damage 33 -> 8 it still oneshots CI though

I suffered so much trying to balance it at least a bit, making it 1000/3000 would just entirely ruin everything I was working on...

On the other hand, it does sounds funny enough, though I'm not sure if I will implement those changes, sorry

hmmm i would give it 1000 rounds and 3000 as reserves since there is now the heavy grunt skin
