This mod converts some of the native unit voices in the Unit Voice Extension mod into English, which is very suitable for players with this need or COH players

Soviet Union:
4 new universal voice lines for infantry,
The unique voice of the Soviet Guards
The unique voice of the Soviet Sniper
The unique voice of the Soviet female Sniper
The unique voice of the Soviet Assault-Sap
The unique voice of the Soviet Conscript
4 unique voice of the Soviet basic infantry

Germany:
6 New Infantry Universal Voice Lines
2 unique voice of fallschirmjaeger
The Unique Voice of fusilier
2 Unique Voice of grenadier/Großdeutschland grenadier

It should also be noted that not every unique unit will say its unique voice 100% of the time. Only 1/3 of the probability is used as a basis to say the unique voice, and some units may say 2/3 or 100% of the time

You misunderstood the function of the mod. The function of this mod is to "convert some unique speech units in voice extend" into English, rather than "everyone speaks English". So the mod works normally without any errors
