After placing a picture/poster right click on it and select edit. Then in the color palette window select the 2nd slot, then select the bottom change material option. From there you can choose either the mods category to select the custom images I and others have uploaded here, or you can select images category to select any of the image that comes with the game by default. To entirely add your own images you'll have to create mods with FM mod creator. 🙂
