You Can't Eat At Table!

This mod adds three precepts and one setting to allow you a better control over who can eat at table.

Precepts controls by three dimensions: Gender, Role and Royal Title(If Royalty DLC enabled).
By default, all colonists can eat at table. Once you've added any precept, it acts as a whitelist, allowing only those who selected eat at table.

The setting allows you to control whether prisoners and slaves can eat at table.
By default, prisoners and slaves cannot eat at table, you can choose among "Yes", "No", and "Depends on their ideology".

This is my first mod and I've only tested in my save, since this mod patches Toils_Ingest.CarryIngestibleToChewSpot, it may incompatible with other mod which patch this method.
