M2 flamethrower + other things

Description
The mod adds a few things such as:
M2 Flamethrower and its backpack
Syringe that checks for husk infection
3 helmets from previous versions of the game, because why not?
2 diving masks that do not waste oxygen unless needed.

Flamethrower
The flamethrower can shoot for about 60 seconds, and it hurts. I've made a lot of fixes since the video was recorded to make the flamethrower more balanced, but still strong. It has additional damage against husks and people infected with the husk infection (if the infection is above 40%).
You can switch between different modes. Normal mode - the flamethrower will not start a fire. Fire mode - a flamethrower can start a fire.

Blood test
You poke a person with it and a syringe will be given with the result (human = human; husk = husk)

Helmets
Added because they look better than the current ones.

Underwater masks
One can be put on in the helmet slot, and the other in the headset slot, so you can wear a mask and a helmet at the same time and not walk around with a bald head.

Helmets: oldgunnerhelmet, oldballistichelmet1, oldriothelmet1
Blood test: blood_test
Weapon: ze_flamer, ze_flamer_tank
Strong version: ze_flamer_strong
Diving masks: divingmask_mk2, divingmask_mk2_2 (1 is Headset, 2 is Head)

m2 did what the thumbnail did fired for like 1 sec then stopped i will try again to see if it fixes itself

Note: To anyone having the same issue don't put the ethanol bottle in the slot of a flame thower that is freshly crafted or spawned they spawn full.

The problem with filling can occur if the person holding the tank is not human. This was done to prevent the tank from filling inside the crate (I just need to change SpeciesName="human" to EntityType="character").
As for the fabricator, the tank must be between 0 and 10 percent condition for the recipe to be available. (maybe I'll change this later)

Hey i was wondering what the process for refueling the flamethrower was exactly? ME and a buddy were testing it. We have the tanks in our backback slot and with ethenol in the M2 tank's slot and no matter how long we wait or how we hold it, it doesnt fill up. The crafting recipe to make the recycled tanks it is also blacked out without us being able to craft. Are we doing something wrong? I just wanna know cause it doesn't seem that complicated
