stormbeast encounter that's kinda finished

Description
significantly more finished
replaces illie in the darkhouse 100% of the time
does NOT have multiplayer patterns yet, but has patterns for all difficulties
has a bonus challenge in the toybox (enc_stormbeast_extra)

note: is a normal encounter and not a boss encounter and therefore only uses one attack cycle

stormbesties.. it is done!

side note: we got onto the front page for like one day, awesome!! (on the 3rd page as the last one, but i'll take it!!)

not sure why, but this crashes the game on normal every time it tries to load the fight in darkhouse. i double and triple checked to make sure i didnt have any other mods conflicting (or even enabled).
