[CCC] - No-Mod Marker Panels

Description
The 'Banner (Big)' from RF and the 'Banner' from Orange DLC, textured to an approximately VS-17 orange colour that you can use as air marker panels.

You really don't need me or this composition to do this - you can just place [#(argb,8,8,3)color(0.798,0.349,0.253,1,co)] or your own homebrew into the Texture #0 field of the banner. But I suppose now you can just click on this instead.

Planning to update to include a reverse side, purple/'Cerise' colour variant at some point, and maybe compose some panel combinations.
