Interior Spotlights

Description
Adds short range spotlights for lighting interiors. Useful for avoiding distant lights, adding depth to a scene, or limiting light bleed.

I have decreased the light intensity to allow for easier adjustment. I have not elected to reduce the FOV of the lights however as that would eliminate the ability to light whole rooms
