dingus' Listed Style Menu with Campaign Order Fix

This is dingus' Listed Style Menu with a fix so that The Sacrifice is above The Last Stand in the campaign list. Just makes more sense in my head with the order being L4D1 canon > L4D1 non-canon > L4D2 canon > L4D2 non-canon.

Works best with the 360 main menu backgrounds[www.gamemaps.com], Urik's L4D1 Font Mod, L4D1 Loading Spinner (Black Version), and the original L4D1 UI sounds.

I also recommend copying 3375068820.vpk from your workshop folder to your addons folder, and then unsubcribe from this mod. That way the menu will load on boot.
