Soul Binder Mini expansion

Adds a few actions and perks (perks are unlocked through cards) that are themed around harvesting opponents souls to strengthen yourself and your summons.

Enemies you kill will provide resources that can be used to craft actions that can streghten you or your minions or to be even more efficient at harvesting enemies souls.
This mod isn't balanced because it allows infinite progression (and a lot of actions are quite strong even without this)

It is normal for the bound soul allies to die on spawn they have negative health and lifespan, they give you resource on death, it was a way to turn the doom rule into resource producing effect :)
