A MES Encounters mod with 3 bases and 3 drones work in progress

Attacked bases will spawn drones
Drones will self detonate if out of ammo or can't shoot

Wasp drone can spawn in the world and will call for aid.
You will not see it untill 2500km and target area is 2500km
one shoot kill of the wasp drone will inhibit it's ability to spawn a swarm
