Slightly Reordered Campaign List

Description
Basically just places The Sacrifice in a more logical location in the campaign list.
It's now placed after Blood Harvest instead of being awkwardly shoved between the L4D2 & L4D1 Campaigns.

A lot of these reordered campaign lists seem to place the L4D1 Campaigns first, which I've always found odd.
This is L4D2 after all, not L4D1.

Also tweaks the survival leaderboard list to split the L4D2 and L4D1 campaigns.

i felt so confused when i played the sacrifice first after finishlng l4d2 campaigns like somebody died and we are on an apartment like nothing happened 😭😭😭

@Gandling I get that chronologically L4D1 comes first, but I've always considered them bonus maps ported to L4D2. The L4D2 campaigns are the main attraction and should be first.

I can see why you'd think it was odd. I'd imagine people do it for "which story takes place first" wise, considering l4d2 has both l4d2 and l4d1 levels.
