can we get this to affect population and reservist because im am tired of not being able to mobilize all because of the lack of reservist

The mod does work! Enable and apply mods in the Main Menu

Main Menu -----> Workshop -----> Subscriptions

Then check the boxes on which mods you want enabled and click "Apply"

boom, doneski! Enjoy!
