PLEASE READ!

A few very nice Half Life 2 Reshade Presets I created.

I have tested all of these presets on standard Half Life 2 and Half Life 2 MMOD and they look great!

There are 3 different presets to try out but feel free to edit them to your own liking.

I tried to make these Presets as FPS friendly as possible while still providing awesome visuals at the same time... Please bare in mind it will still use a very small amount of FPS but not much at all.

(IMPORTANT) - May look different depending on your in game brightness settings or Monitor settings. Usually it's simply down to the in game brightness settings, so start with that first.

Please make sure you have Reshade installed with all FX the Presets installed to. You can do this easily when installing Reshade and check boxing all FX presets.

(SUBSCRIBING TO THE PRESETS) - Once you have Subbed to these Presets, you will find them in a similar location to this - D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\220\3373053878, yours may be different depending on where your Half Life 2 Game is installed.

Hello I'm very new to Reshade and was wondering how to add the presets onto reshade because the files are VPK and I can only add files with Configuration Settings.

how do i know which ones's which? do i install them all?

It basically gets installed to the base game so yes it will work with Custom Maps

Hi there jeremias.mendoza2008 It's not something i'd know how to solve unfortunately? Perhaps its an issue with Reshade itself? Make sure you are running the latest version and your game is in Full Screen mode. While the Preset is loading it's best to leave everything else alone until it's fully loaded, don't click anything or use the Computer, just wait till it's all loaded, if that doesn't help let me know!
