This mod is designed for vanilla campaigns and faction unlockers that are vanilla based it may work with other overhauls have to test them out i not tested this with things like radious for example.

it reduces mines negative effects and food consumption of buildings by half place it at top of load order.
i have also reduced buildings upkeep as well as improved public order effects for buildings like churches and taverns etc.

Granaries also have been improved so produce more food for major capitals useful if you do not have any minor regions under control to produce food.
