[LYN] Multitool

Description
About
Adds a multitool item, which gives about +60% bonus too all work types and a few others. Unlocked with Advanced Fabrication, and made at the Fabrication Bench.

Inspired by the Matter Manipulator mod by Cassius, but this one is more minimalistic.

Mod Settings/XML Extensions Support
Added settings to change the bonus and cost of the multitool. To access them, subscribe to XML Extensions and click on the small '+' button near the Mod Options button.

hey i saw that this had simple sidearms support, but i cant seem to find it in the list for melee or range weapons to label it as a sidearm

Sorry, I tested it without XML Extensions and forgot I left a typo on the mod patch.
It should be working now, just unsub and sub again so that steam redownloads the mod.

Lyn, is there a way for me to share my error log if that helps figure out why people are getting blackscreens on startup? My load order was just Harmony, Core, Royalty, Ideology, Biotech, XML Extensions and Multitool.

After the most recent update this mod is actively marking itself as corrupt on my device, it seems that the new settings might not fully function... I played this morning and it worked fine but after I came home my rimworld did not enjoy it, I narrowed it down tonight so I'll check more tomorrow.
