Vanilla+ Weapon Re-balance mod (Script)

Description
The stock weapons stats are mostly fine and well balanced but some are just downright worse than others without much of a upside to compensate, this mod aims to remedy that issue as much as (reasonably) possible while making weapons more consistent. (As this is a script, this will only work on servers that have it, or local/singleplayer servers) I am still keeping the balance mostly vanilla friendly so versus servers can add this and try it out to see how well balanced it is, so far i've only really tested this on normal and advanced difficulty and adjusted the weapon power accordingly. If you want a balance change then let me know in the description, thank you. I will try my best to not under/overtune a weapon.

(sv_consistency 0 is recommended to reduce chances of unwanted disconnects)
