Circenn now Alba [COMPLETE]

Changes the banner to the historical medieval Scottish flag and changes name to "Alba" as Scotland was called during the first half of the medieval era. Based ENTIRELY off of the 'Medieval Style Flags' mod here: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1606070773&searchtext=medieval.

This mod can be safely switched out in the middle of your campaign if you want to "upgrade" Circenn to Alba.

UPDATE - Along with my other Alba mods, this mod now has the faction colour of Alba itself as yellow both in the campaign and in the faction select menu. In campaign, Alba is now the yellow that Northleode was, and Northleode is now the yellow that Brechinauc was. This one region faction Brechinauc starting in a minor settlement in southern Wales now has the vanilla Circenn blue.

FINAL UPDATE - Alban units are now yellow too. It automatically changed the unit card colour to yellow as well, but I have no idea why some like the crossbowmen are still blue, but don't really care to change it. Northleode and Brechinauc have also had their unit colours likewise changed. This mod (and the other two Alba mods) is now complete.
