Silent Special Infected Attack Music

Description
Replaces all special infected pzattack and terror music with silent wav files. This is the music that plays while they have you pinned and that emanates from acid pools or smoker tounges. The tank and witch do not have pzattack or terror music and are not changed by this mod. This mod does not change any bacteria warnings or other music at all.
