This improves the wiring system of Terraria for high complexity circuits greatly. Chiefly it does the following two things:
- Reimplements Terraria's wiring system in a much, much more efficient way that allows much faster circuits while maintaining pure vanilla logic
- Provides an interface to interface with the game through the command line, mainly by writing binary files into large swathes of logic lamps
