EP2 Health HUD fix for Steam Deck and GamepadUI

Description
Restores missing Health numbers block in Episode 2 and camapaigns based off EP2. This fix is intended for Steam Deck version and -gamepadui.

The error is caused by typo in ep2/ep2_pak_dir_vpk/scripts/hudlayout.res

Will keep it around there until Valve pushes the fix

For some reason my suit power is missing too. This brings back the health though so thanks.
