@robotgamer2 the combine soldiers are augmented humans but the metropolice are normal humans who joined the combine

@yipee the metrocops are actually humans being employed by the combine, and the combine soldiers are not human, idk how to explain, i guess its a promotion

Wait, imagine if someone makes a mod where the metrocops are masked, but when you kill them, the helmet falls off and you see their face?
